| Description: | Vincent comes from a long line of growers in the Vallee de la Marne but it is Vincent Charlot that is becoming a legend in the region. He has Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay all planted organically and biodynamically, though his attention to detail goes far and above. Treating each vine like an individual. This Extra Brut is as one would suspect, extremely dry but he has finessed the most intriguing and complex layering from the fruit. Much more herbal and floral than fruity with blasts of golden raisin and spice. Lean and full of mineral but with the added character of such intense richness. For the bubble geek for sure. |
