The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks, the result is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar. Food pairing Pairs well with light salads, pasta and seafood as well as an aperitif.
