| Description: | Description: Vina Zorzal Garnacha is from D.O.Navarra, produced by Bodegas Zorzal. It was founded in 1989 with a long history and tradition as a winemaking family in Correla, Navarra. Bodegas Correlana has centuries old vines which are farmed organically. From the remodeled part of the family's old winery, a continued philosophy in the cellar that works well for the land. This philosophy is carried through to the production, where the wines ferment spontaneously. The nose shows aromas of fresh red fruit with light spicy notes and a very subtle crisp citrus touch. On the palate it is refreshing, medium to full bodied, it has a lingering and rather dry finish. Food Pairing: Beef, lamb, game, poultry, Caribbean stews, etc. |
