The Altesino Brunello Riserva offers a solid, full-body and excellent aging potential. Complex boquet reminiscent of violets, wild berries, cedar, leather, tobacco, and spice. The palate also exhibits firm tannins, balanced acid/ acohol, and a long finish. Decanting suggested. Food Pairings: Aged Italian cheese, roasted duck, osso bucco (Veal shank), pot roasts, barbecue, and beef stew, lamb chops, venision, etc. |
