| Description: | To obtain quality grapes that have reached perfect maturity, we give them time to blossom. At the same time, we favor soil work and exclude any use of fertilizers and chemicals in order to preserve biodiversity. The Vieux Collge estate is certified in organic farming from the 2014 vintage in order to always listen more closely to the plant. Respect for the expression of terroirs has led Eric Guyard to multiply the single-plot vintages in order to illustrate their great diversity. Winery Notes - The dark ruby color has purple highlights. The nose is intense and elegant, playing on the aromatic palette of black fruits and spices. On the palate, the tannins are relatively coated. It is a wine full of finesse. The length on the palate is very great, with great aromatic persistence. |
