Clos de Guichaux is a 1.6 ha located in Bizay, silt and sand soils on relatively soft limestone bedrock. The organically grown grapes are fermented with indigenous years and aged for 9 months in older oak barrels (2 to 4 years). This Saumur is dry with a racing acidity and plenty of minerals. This wine will shine with rich fish, poultry, or mild soft cheeses. |
