| Description: | The 2015 Paleo Bianco is round, supple and engaging, with lovely textural depth and richness. Dried orchard fruit, sage, mint and a host of floral/savory notes are pushed forward. The richness is that of the year, while there is quite a bit less oak influence than in the past. The 2015 is 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Chardonnay, done in about 30% new oak. |
