| Description: | There is a ripe plum and mulberry fruit, with hints of mineral, earth and smoke, within a texture that is fresh but balanced and concentrated. A delicious wine, produced from the 1.29ha that lie in the Clos des Monts Luisants between the old Aligoté and the Clos de la Roche at the foot of the slope. There is a 15-day cuvaison with pumping over and light punching down, but no maceration either before or after the ferment. As with all cuvées here, everything is completely destemmed and no new wood is used. |
