The 60% Albariño and 40% Godello blend shows a more floral side of jasmine flowers, white tea, chalky pears and a hint of malolactic fermentation (which was blocked). The mid palate shows a California fatness compared to the Galician versions, but the acidity hits every part of the mouth, and lingers, just like some of the best from Spain. |
