The L'Onestra ismore rosé than red resulting in a lighter style with less grape aromas. Dried violets, hibiscus, black cherries, cranberries, raspberries and herbs. Wonderful acidity and bitter tannins drive home the dry style, though there is a moderate 6.8g/L residual. |
