| Description: | Tasting Notes - Touches of graphite and black pepper mingle into slightly muted blueberry and blackberry in this full-bodied, moderately concentrated wine. An approachable, easy-drinking varietal Syrah, it has enough tannic grip on the finish to lend structure. A great pairing with charcuterie, duck, pork roast, herb chicken or cheeses. Production Notes - Destemmed before crushing. Fermented in temperature-controlled tanks for 25 days at 26 c for good color extraction. The wine is stored in tanks which are more than 5 metres below ground level.
