This shows more of the peppery side of the grape and less of the meaty side. Freshly cracked pepper, blueberries and an incense-like floral quality with the sandy loam soils provide lightness to the overall texture. A subtle greenness of herbs provides a solid frame for the grape's typical darkness and depth. |
