Crafted in small batches, undergoing a slow fermentation process at low temperatures, the result is a sake that is characterized by its crisp and refreshing nature. Haiku is crafted using Calrose rice polished to only 70% and sourced locally. Serve: Slightly Chilled, with: Barbecue; Spicy Vegetables, Grilled Mushrooms, or Fresh Cheeses. |
