Alive in the glass with exuberant aromas of bright red plum, tree-ripened peaches, and sarsaparilla, the Pozzan 2017 Zinfandel is extroverted from the get go. The wine is bright in the glass with layered flavors of juicy raspberry, red cherry and a touch of spiciness. The oak tannins are smooth and supportive, and the lengthy finish is perfumed with French vanilla and a touch of nutmeg. |
