The wine has a beautiful ruby red color and in the nose it develops fruity hints of cherry. The taste is crisp, soft, well balanced and slightly tannic. The Barbera Bardot by Nino Costa is perfect to drink in combination with classic courses of the Piedmontese tradition, such as tajarin with meat sauce, veal with tuna sauce and bollito misto with sauces.
