| Description: | 85% Grenache, 8% Syrah, 5% Carignan, 2% Mourvèdre, all old vines from parcels located just outside Châteauneuf-du-Pape from one of our favorite producers in the village. Aged for one year in old foudres, allowing the fruit to shine through, with bright raspberry and red cherry on the nose, and wild thyme, lavender, rosemary, and earthy overtones. Great balance between acidity and grainy tannins on the palate, with a gently spicy finish. Perfect for a grilled steak or with duck. |
