| Description: | The Disciples project - so called for a series of vineyards that are "disciples" to the historic G.B. Crane site - continues to evolve with the addition of Charbono (10%) and Grenache (9%) to the blend. Charbono adds a soft, chocolate texture to the wine, the Grenache some spice and raspberry aromas. The main grape is Zinfandel, for substantial blueberry, strawberry, floral aromas, with a little bit of Petite Sirah (19%) adding beff and tannin. Creamy, round, and very tempting. |
