| Description: | This is a white blend of Vermentino and Grenache Blanc. Both are grown in the famous Fenaughty Vineyard, on old volcanic loam soils at about 2800'. Both varieties were picked together and whole cluster pressed into tanks for fermentation. This wine actually finished primary fermentation before the cold set in, but the malolactic ferment lagged and finished this Spring. |
