There's cooling fog coming in from the Pacific Ocean, which results in fresh, vibrant acidity. A green, grassy, vegetal, nose characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc, with pungent aromas of asparagus, elderflower, green apples, guava, and passion fruit. Very dry and textured on the palate, with some richness balancing the wine's pungency. Classic New World Sauvignon Blanc. |
