| Description: | This is a delightful and lively blend of Sankt Laurent and Zweigelt made with minimal sulphur and minimal intervention. In terms of softness and texture, this drinks like similar to a Pinot Noir and Beaujolais. It is aromatic, bright and lively with crunchy red fruits, notes of blackberry and blackcurrant. This wine was manually harvested from vines that were 10-30 years old at the time of harvest. Grapes underwent a 4-day spontaneous co-fermentation in stainless steel on their skins, and aged for 4 months in stainless steel sur lie. Unfined and unfiltered. Certified Biodynamic |
