| Description: | Famous for being the mtayer of Domaine Mo-Camuzet for decades, the Tardy family domaine covers a total area of 4.5 ha and is composed of 9 appellations spread from the north to the south of the Cte de Nuits. The vines are trained with respect to the soil and the plants, with natural ploughing and the addition of compost performed. Wines are fermented in temperature-controlled vats, then aged for 15 to 16 months in barrels. A large proportion of new oak is used (from 30% for Village to 70% for Grands Crus) adding a rustic character to the wines. |
