Following fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for six months before bottling. Tasting Notes. Displaying a pale lemon-green hue, the San Benedetto Lugana showcases delightful aromas of peaches, citrus fruits, bananas, and herbs.
