An inviting nose of fresh pears, citrus blossom, tangerine peel, honey, graham cracker, and vanilla leads to a soft, creamy palate, with lively, high acidity and a warm, toasty finish. Unusually, Hungarian oak is used, adding an extra spiciness to the mineral texture. |
