Although Vine Hill Ranch was thankfully not affected, having completed harvest almost two weeks prior, 2017 will forever be remembered for the devastating Tubbs Fire that touched so many. "The 2017 VHR Cabernet Sauvignon offers beautiful floral aromas of violet and lavender, with bright damson fruit, ripe blackberry, dark chocolate with a hint of cedar and tobacco. Gorgeous black cherry, currant and cocoa powder notes are framed by structured, opulent, yet elegant expressions of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety nascent to the individual vineyard blocks contributing to the vintage.
