This dazzling sake made from Omachi rice, hits your palate with fresh notes of banana and green melon, peach and jackfruit. It is full-bodied and flavorful. This sake has been pasteurized only once, so it is a bit more energetic on the tongue. Still very much in that Ohmine style, which bouncy and fruity but serious! Drink chilled. At the 14th Omachi Summit in 2023, a highly acclaimed event featuring sake made from 121 breweries and 206 brands of "Omachi" rice from Okayama Prefecture, two sake varieties from Ohmine Shuzou "Ohmine 2-Grain Omachi" and "Ohmine 3-Grain Omachi," each received the Excellence Award. This marks the second consecutive year of receiving this prestigious award. |
