Description:	"The 2012 Sangiovese Costabate is stunning, with a bombshell bouquet of smoky dried cherries, roses, allspice, cloves and mint nuances. It's seductively smooth and velvety in feel, with a balanced inner sweetness and cascading bright red fruits that have a crunchy, almost crystalline feel, as salty minerals sneak in toward the close. It's long and still lightly structured, with balsamic tones and hints of black licorice that linger incredibly long. The Costabate is a blend of Uccelliera's three vineyards from the lowest and up to the highest elevations of Castelnuovo dell'Abate.
