| Description: | The oak is a little heavy on this, but it's exactly what makes it so beautiful. This will make a bourbon or wine drinker sing a different tune when it comes to Tequila. Double distilled in copper-pots and reduced with reverse-osmosis demineralized water. Aged in 60% 2-year Loire Valley French oak, blended with 40% 3-year Loire Valley French oak, then aged an additional year in spent Bourbon oak casks. Baking spices, caramel, apple, orange, brown butter, and pure agave. |
