All of their meads are produced in a Champagne method--complete with riddling, disgorgement, and secondary fermentation--and are serious, Champagne-inspired sparklers with delicious honey flavors. Their orange blossom mead is one of their biggest in style, full of a rich orange flavors. Like most of their meads, however, this sparkler is still elegant with delicate citrus aromas and a slight mineral finish. Springtime in a bottle!. |
