| Description: | Small husband and wife team based in north-east Sardinia. Vermentino di Gallura is the only DOCG on the island, and Mura have 8ha of plantings of the grape at 200m altitude. Vermentino works best near the sea – in this case the Tyrrhenian – developing saline aromas and maintaining high acidity giving the wine real grip, on top of sage, thyme, acacia, and chamomile tea aromas. |
