Nose: charred oak, spiciness, dark fruits, peppery and tobacco notes. Palate: upfront substantial cinnamon, clove and nutmeg which transitions to a buttery caramel, dark fruit, dark chocolate, vanilla and expansive rye spiciness. Finish: toffee, sugar cane, pepperiness, and charred oak with a long and lingering spiciness. A magnificent marriage of distinctive and contrasting bold flavors. |
