The nose offers complex aromas of pencil eraser, wet wildflowers, mushroom, tarragon, almond biscotti and sun-baked soil. Fans of rye will respond to a mid-palate of sharp herbs, dried apricot, flaxseed, and lemon zest. Dried bay leaf and eucalyptus have the final say on the finish. |
