| Description: | 85% Greco di Tufo, 15% Coda di Volpe. Pale lemon in color. Softly, but expressively it show Jasmin and wisteria florals. Then lemon curd, topical fruit, green apple, and pear. Continuing to the palate, lemon zest, lime juice, passion fruit, melon and minerals. This wine is dry with medium-plus acidity. It has a creamy texture mixed with a slight toast note from the sur-lie aging, so soft. Flavors churn as you contemplate from first taste to mid palate. Enjoyable complexity with a medium-plus finish. |
