Planted at 480m, the Listan Negro vines are over 100 years old and trained with the unique cordón trenzado ("braided cord") method. Long-standing grower started making her own wine in 2013 with minimal intervention. All this leads to a wine with a beautiful, vibrant nose that has earth, game, and funk, crunchy red fruits, and a grainy palate. Gamay-like in its structure and excellence. |
