| Description: | The grapes are sourced from a tiny 0.36 hectares of two plots planted in 1925 and 1947, The Lieux dits are,"En Vignois", below the Château de Brochon, and "Les Retraits" in Comblachien, next to Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Crus. Élevage is 16 months in oak barrels with 20% new. The house style is always based around elegance and finesse with the Côte de Nuits flexing a little more power, "Red cherries, blackberries, assam tea and dried rosemary have a fine texture, moderate acidity and a lovely finish." |
