| Description: | 94-96 Jm / 91 Ws. All is made in wood, but not necessarily recent – there are for example some twenty year old demi-muids. Clear brisk pale primrose. The bouquet is also fresh on the white limestone. Powerful with spice behind, an extraordinary intensity from the marl, all in white clothing. A bit of hawthorn here. Yet with a real linear intensity. Really quite special with an interesting nutty touch from the wood. GrĂ©gory talks of the powdery texture. Tasted: July 2021-Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy. Bright and expressive, this white sports apple, lemon, spring meadow and gravel dust flavors. The vibrant structure holds court on the lingering finish.
