Tasting Notes,. this expression is a blend of 3 distinct mash bills: a high-malt mash bill, a 51% rye, and a 100% rye. The first was used in small quantity, bringing notes of chocolate and apple to the table. The second was a fruity and sweet whiskey, while the 100% rye brought mint, spice, and floral notes to the expression. |
