The grapes are hand-picked and the vineyard is certified organic. Aged 10 months in French Oak. This wine is elegant and modern in style with lots of mineral, lovely red currant, blackberry, plum, and cassis flavors. With silky tannis and brigth acidity this wine is refreshing through a long and pleasant finish. Ideal with pasta dishes, Red meats, and meat sauces. |
