That shows in wines that are increasingly nuanced. The 2020 and 2021 vintages are both strong. I find the 2020s a bit more open, while the 2021s show quite a bit of reserve. The wines see 35-40 days on the skins, very much on the long side. Aging is about 16 months in cask, a bit less than in some recent years.
