| Description: | Made by husband and wife team Hans-Bert Espe and Silke Wolf (yes those are their real names), make a delicate polished Pinot Noir that is light without lacking in flavor. It has flavors of Alpine strawberries, Bing cherry, woodsy forest notes and a touch of savory meatyness. Grown without herbicides or pesticides and harvested only by hand, then de-stemmed. The wine undergoes open-top fermentation and then spends time in mostly used oak. |
