| Description: | Speranza is a super-cool blend of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Grenache. These two grapes are rarely associated together, so the combination is very intriguing. The result is a red wine of refreshing lightness and savory depth. Almost anti-Napa Cab in style, the extraction is low, and the tannins are supple. Ripe raspberry, red cherry, Washington apple and orange zest. Richer flavors of milk chocolate, caramel and baking spice from oak aging present an additional layer to the softness of the wine. |
