The 2019 Sonnenfrost is dry but has a soft and broad mid-palate with expressive aromatics, which get better and better with air. Aromas of raw honey, bees wax, yellow flowers, lemon bar pastries, and white nectarine. Light yet enveloping with balanced acidity that sticks to the gums. |
