| Description: | The Azienda Agricola Falletto Winery is comprised of twenty hectares of vineyards within the Serralunga d'Alba, La Morra and Barbaresco areas. The vine growing and wine making processes are followed through with great care from beginning to end, culminating with vinification and aging within their cellars in Neive. Bruno Giacosa has a superb reputation for producing some of the best wines of Piedmont. The Giacosa name clearly means quality. This wine is made from 100% estate grown fruit and then vinified in the Giacosa cellars. When the label says, 'Azienda Agricola Falletto di Bruno Giacosa', that means that the wine is made exclusively from estate grown fruit. This Barolo is has a garnet red color with orange reflections. The ample and complex bouquet has notes of red fruits, truffles, flowers and licorice. In the mouth it feels dry, full and velvety, unfolding a great personality. |
