Over-ripe primtitivo can be harsh. The results at Primaterra are a fresh, juicy, jammy wine with low alcohol. It shows flavors of dark, spiced cherry with an easy finish. It is great at backyard bbq' with burgers and it's perfect with pasta and pizza too. |
