Fragrant aromas of jasime and rose petal lead into the tropical flavors of pineapple and mango - soon followed by almond butter and roasted hazelnut. Medium in weight and clean with a wonderful acid backbone, the wine seems to expand in the glass offering up flavors of lemon, pear with a subtle hint of vanilla bean. A perfect complement to poultry, fresh sea bass or halibut - especially if any of the recipes that are finished with cream or butter. |
