Description: | Crystal clear golden colour. A fruity, fresh and delicate nose dominated by citrus, lifted by notes of white flowers and apricot. The taste is astonishing because of its balance and harmony with the nose. The finish is long and mineral with great finesse. The two very different areas where white Grenache grow give this wine great balance, a blend of richness and freshness, fruit and minerality. Pairings: Apéritifs, shellfish, fish, chicken and cheese.for example: Dublin bay prawns sautéed with aniseed, roast monkfish with candied lemons, green asparagus with almond butter, grilled king prawns, caramelized veal sweetbreads, veal casserole, chicken supreme, grilled red mullet, chicken in tarragon jelly, salmon fillet, pike with beurre blanc, roast turbot, trout mousse, scallop raviole, sweet pepper terrine, comté, picodons and other little goats' cheeses.and whatever else your imagination and cuisine guide you to! |
