Seductive red brick and amber color with aromas of umami, leather, and black currants. As the wine decants in the glass, lovely garrique herb aromas become present. The palate is medium-bodied with a nice acid/ alcohol balance, sweet tannins, wood bitters, dried raspberry, black trumpet mushrooms are reveal. This wine will continue to evolve over the next 5 to 10 years. |
