| Description: | "There are 2,000 cases of the 1996 Napanook, a blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc, and 13% Petit Verdot. Made in a peppery, spicy, herbaceous, earthy style, it exhibits a dark plum color, an intensely aromatic cassis and pepper-scented nose, a lush entry on the palate, and succulent, low acid, rich, concentrated flavors with more tannin than the 1997.
