| Description: | This first-fill sherry seasoned European oak butt was laid down on 28 July 2003 and tipped on 29 March 2022 to yield just 516 bottles of non-chill filtered Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky. Tasting Notes Deep, rich and complex, this superb whisky opens with inviting aromas of warm, spiced gingerbread, smouldering peat smoke and molten black treacle. Warm notes of crystalised ginger follow with hints of sweet nutmeg, warm treacle tart and curls of whittled oak. Woody spices linger at the finish with a sweet hint of vanilla fudge, old-fashioned aniseed balls and fragrant peat smoke.
