Only 2 barrels made. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Drinkable now but capable of aging a decade plus. Silky dark fruits of black cherry and mulberry, with leather, chocolate, and sage brush. Perfectly balanced acidity to keep the tannins juicy and mouthwatering while remaining dry, complex, and powerful. |
