There is again excellent volume to the very rich, even lush, flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the moderately dry and sneaky long finish that offers good complexity that should only improve with age. Aromas of white flowers, clear honey, freshly baked bread and green apple preface the 2020 Chablis 1er Cru Forêts, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and saline wine that's lively and precise, with an elegant, fine-boned profile this year.
